Documents and Other Document Formats
Our document imaging system is designed to manage and retrieve PDF
documents that are created using our software. This is accomplished by
scanning paper records into the system using a high-speed scanner. We
also have the ability to manage other document types such as Word
documents, Excel Spreadsheets, Email, etc.
The benefit of our document imaging system is its ability to retrieve
an electronic document from any networked PC. Critical to the retrieval
process of a scanned document is identifying electronic PDF documents
by keywords that will be recognized throughout the organization. In the
case of our document imaging software we embed into the PDF document
the keywords that will later be used to retrieve the document. We can
include up to 33,000 characters per page (approximately 10 pages of
text) to identify the document. This is different from other systems
that severely limit the number of characters that can be used.
Embedded key words allow us to use an index to retrieve documents and
break the shackles of a database. By eliminating the requirement of
managing a database, we have created a system that requires only basic
computer skills to install and maintain the system.

We have included sample documents on the website, with
instructions on the first screen. You will need to have Acrobat Reader
on your computer in order to view the documents because they are in the
PDF file format. Click

By utilizing Adobe Acrobat Reader, anyone can retrieve, view and print
a PDF document from our imaging system for no additional charge.
Furthermore, universal access to Acrobat Reader will allow individuals
outside of your organization to view and print your electronic
documents.
