In order to open any database, a user must access a

A single database logon name and password can be assigned
to each client database, and shared by all users within a
client's organization. Alternatively, the client can
assign individual user names and passwords to their
databases. This allows clients to restrict database access
to only those users that have been authorized by the
organization.
